It isn’t every day that a zombie-enthused audience invades a city.  SXSW tends to bring out the best, and the undead, in people.  The SkullShovel team created a QRcode-powered, mixed-reality game that will run throughout SXSWi.  2,000 players will wear special badges with their unique QRcodes that links back to the mobile-powered game.  300 Posters throughout the city provide additional information, levels, and secrets to unlock.  Find a poster, scan a code.  See a player, scan their badge.  44Doors-powered QRcodes connect the players directly to the mobile game and bring live-action, and the undead, to life.
