2Cents: The Beginning of Frictionless Feedback

2
The desire to share our experiences is in all of us.  That is one reason why social media has become so popular.  We love to talk about the good and bad moments in our lives.  Social media has given us an outlet to listen and share.  The challenge is that while social media gives us a venue to share our thoughts, it isn’t always the best way to communicate one-on-one with a company.  Organizations are spending millions of dollars a year to “listen” to their customers on social media.  Why?  Because many of them have failed to provide clear, frictionless means to communicate quickly and effectively with their customers. In more than one organization I know of, the social media team is given great flexibility to bend the rules, escalate issues, and do whatever it takes to resolve an issue because they want to avoid a social communications fiasco.  Clearly something is broken if customers have to voice their opinions publicly to get special treatment rather than deal directly with the customer service department, whose very name would indicate that they are there to serve the customer.

They say you can’t put a price on customer feedback.
Now you can – and it costs less than you think.
44Doors has embarked on a mission to improve this challenge with the launch of our latest product, 2Cents.  Our mission with 2Cents is to eliminate the barriers to providing feedback.  2Cents may be used in virtually any scenario, is device-optimized, and eliminates nearly every barrier to frictionless feedback.Have you ever been in a situation where you saw a problem, but didn’t want to come across as a complainer?  Seen someone do their job beautifully, but everyone seemed too busy to interrupt them?  These are just a couple of examples where 2Cents makes a difference between a lost or realized opportunity.2Cents has been designed to streamline offline and online feedback, deliver a flexible pricing scale to accommodate both startup and enterprise budgets, and provide real-time insights, escalations, and integration with 3rd-party CRM systems. There are a number of systems and companies that allow you to rate and review specific products, however few systems are designed to intercept an experience in a manner to allow effective action in the moment.  Whether it’s the chance to turn a bad experience into a good one, or take a great experience and share it with the world, 2Cents empowers you to make it happen.

Experiences aren’t always tied directly to a product or service.  Sometimes, it’s the clear signage that eliminates confusion, the attention paid to the details of product packaging, or the smile on someone’s face.  These brief experiences summarize volumes of conversations.  If you aren’t capturing them, you’re missing an amazing opportunity.  2Cents delivers frictionless feedback across the board, and around the world.

Take a test drive of our new service for free and put it to work in your organization today.

SEE what you’ve been missing.

I’m not sure I quite understand.. so this is a program that allows customers to leave feedback from either online or in person experiences with a company? Basically to let a company know immediately the experiences people are having? Also is this mainly for use by businesses or are there other ways you suggest it can be utilized?
